Become A Part of History - Downtown Brighton Expanding Its Retail Base

The Brighton Economic Development Corporation recently announced the sale of the Brighton Pavilions. The trendy, outdoor shopping destination – already home to several national retailers, restaurants and specialty shops – was sold in three separate private transactions in October. About 20,000 square feet is available for lease.
Current tenants include Lone Star Steakhouse, a drive-thru Starbucks, Qdoba Mexican Grill and Cold Stone Creamery. Future retailers will be attracted by the success of these current operations as well as the pavilion’s anchor, an AMC 12 movie theater. Potential tenants will benefit from the Pavilion’s vicinity to an RTD park-n-ride, nearby densely-populated neighborhoods, and tenant visibility from Highway 85.
