Brighton Economic Development Corporation is a public/private partnership focused on bringing jobs and investment to the greater Brighton region. The projects featured here are developed by investors who help support the organization's overall mission. For additional developments in Brighton, please visit the Brighton Development map.

Office

Office properties that are available today include everything from historic downtown properties to Class A space.  Several Brighton area developers have sites ready for immediate construction located in both infill and Greenfield locations. Brighton benefits from being the county seat by having several Adams County offices located throughout town. The county also has plans to build an additional half-million-square-foot campus south of downtown that will serve 2,000 employees.

Industrial

Light industrial users look to Interstate 76 and Highway 85 for their excellent highway and rail access, and the loyal labor force housed nearby. Companies such as Western United Electric, Staples, Kmart and Halliburton have discovered the benefits of a Brighton area address.

Retail

Brighton’s retail market continues to expand as the Brighton trade area grows faster, as a whole, than the Metro Denver region. Brighton is the nearest and largest retail center for many communities to its north and east. Several local and national retail developers have already taken a closer look at the Brighton market, including THF Realty, Carlson Parkhill LLC, HEMCO Developers of Colorado, DPC Development, Southwest Investments, Buffs Landing LLC, and many more.

Land

Land is available for all types of development, which makes Brighton an excellent choice for developers considering a location in the metro area's fastest growing region ,as well as for retailers and employers interested in a location just 20 minutes from downtown Denver and 15 minutes from the world’s tenth busiest airport.

Open Space

Brighton has one of the most aggressive open space efforts in the metro area. Companies and their employees will benefit from wide open spaces and a Colorado hometown heritage. For a better look at Brighton's open space amenities, visit: Real Estate/Brighton Development Map.
