Prairie Center is the largest Major Retail / Subdivision currently under construction in Brighton. The Home Depot opened for business in the spring of 2005. The new Super Target Store opened in September 2006 and Chili's Restaurant opened shortly after. The other retail shops in the Village Area will be under construction soon with openings to be announced as each individual business completes the construction process. THF Realty, of St. Louis, brings the long term commitment of "Building Community" to Brighton at Prairie Center.
