Brighton hosts European dignitaries

Seven dignitaries from European lands got a taste of Brighton Friday. They spent their morning at Brighton High School, then had lunch at United Power with local officials and ended with a discussion with Brighton Economic Development Corp. members.  The visitors hailed from Bulgaria, Cyprus, Finland, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands and Sweden and included a member of parliament, foreign policy advisers, political advisers, an editor in chief of a student newspaper, and Mass Media and Promotion committee member.  They came to the United States under the auspices of the Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program.
