Steven Madera, owner of Colorado Prestige Insurance utilized the workforce development side of the Brighton Investment Program to send Chet Lindemann, an employee of the company to a continuing education class.
When asked about the importance of investing in employees, Chet said, "A lot of times when an employer hires you, they just hire you. But for the employer to invest in the employees for not only the future of the company but for my future says that they're committed to us like we're committed to them."
