A proud Colorado native, Patrick joined the Brighton Economic Development Corporation (Brighton EDC) in July of 2016 as Assistant Director. In 2020 he was promoted into the position of EDC President/CEO for his outstanding efforts throughout the global pandemic of 2020.

Aryn Lallas
Secretary | First American Title
Aryn Lallas has been serving the Brighton community through First American Title for a number of years.

Mick Richardson
Chair | Vintage Homes and Land
Mick is the owner and President of Vintage Homes and Land, LLC. Vintage is the developer of Farmlore, a 500-acre mixed use community embracing the agricultural heritage of Brighton. Mick has been active in homebuilding and development for over 40 years and serves on the Colorado Association of Home Builders Board of Directors and was past President of the Homebuilders Association of Metro Denver.

Officers are elected to the Executive Committee for two-year terms

If an elected officer is unable to fulfill their full term, the Executive Committee offers an appointee to fulfill the remainder for the term, subject to board approval

Special appointees are named for one year terms and are voting members of the Executive Committee in all matters other than in regard to Special Appointments

Special Appointees are subject to Board approval at the Brighton EDC's Annual Meeting

The Brighton City Manager/designee and the Brighton EDC President & CEO are members of the Executive Committee as per the by laws

Executive Committee terms run for calendar years beginning with the first regularly scheduled meeting of the year.

Michael Martinez
City Manager | City of Brighton
A native of Adams County, Michael Martinez has eight-plus years of economic development experience, working in a variety of roles in workforce development, business retention, expansion, attraction, and key strategic projects previously with Denver’s Office of Economic Development.

Troy Whitmore
Officer Emeritus | United Power
Troy Whitmore is a long-time member of the management team of Brighton-based United Power. He currently serves as Government and Regulatory Relations Officer for the cooperative electric utility. Whitmore is former Chair of the Brighton Economic Development Corporation and Metro North Chamber of Commerce. He also currently serves as a Director for the Regional Transportation District (RTD) and as a board member of the Adams County Regional Economic Partnership and Energy Outreach Colorado.

Maggie Munoz
Special Appointee | Platte Valley Medical Center
Maggie Munoz is the director of business development for Platte Valley Medical Center(PVMC). PVMC has served the Brighton community over the last 60 years and believe that every interaction is an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. Patients are guests and guests become family. Everyone is welcome and everyone is served.

Chuong M Le
Special Appointee | 3i Law
Chuong Le is an attorney with 3i Law. 3i Law is a full service law firm representing individuals, families and companies in expanding and protecting their wealth and assets. Chuong has a law degree from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law. He is excited to help our board in the future development of the city of Brighton.
