A Few Community Highlights

76 Commerce Center Industrial Warehouse Space

In Colorado, real estate is tight and traffic is unmanageable along both Interstates 70 and 25. Understanding this, Hyde Development saw an opportunity to build along the Interstate 76 Corridor right here in Brighton. In 2018, after about a year of working through the development process with the Brighton EDC, Hyde Development broke ground on the 76 Commerce Center, a 1.8 million-square-foot, Class A industrial park. The 76 Commerce Center development brings innovative, first-class ultra-modern industrial space to Adams County and the I-76 corridor. The 122-acre site in Bromley Industrial Park is the largest speculative project to emerge in this growth corridor and is one of the most significant industrial land sales in the Denver area in the last decade. As the region's newest distribution hub, 76 Commerce Center will offer tenants easy access to the entire Denver metropolitan area and the Rocky Mountain region to more efficiently serve the burgeoning front range growth.

Support happens here

"Without the support of grants and other opportunities provided by the EDC, Peak Form Medical Clinic and other small businesses in  the greater Brighton community would not be able to flourish and continue to provide services through these difficult times. In addition, their support is instrumental in  attracting new businesses to our community, which makes us all stronger."
