Small Business Legal Consultations

Service Description

The Brighton Economic Development Corporation has formed a unique partnership with the full-service law firm 3i Law to provide no-cost legal consultations to Brighton small businesses. The consultation is for general purposes only and does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Please submit the information form so an attorney can review it before your meeting. If you have an urgent need and cannot wait for the available sessions, please contact the EDC office for further assistance. Kindly book only one one-hour slot for your appointment and update or modify it if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellation Policy

The consultation is for general purposes only and does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Please do not include any confidential information in your submission. The Brighton Economic Development Corporation and its employees are not, and do not represent to be, attorneys-at-law and make no legal representations. Virtual or in-person, no-cost, legal consultations are offered for Brighton area small businesses only and are limited to one session per small business. Sessions are limited to one hour maximum. Appointments are offered quarterly on a first-come, first-serve basis. No-cost consultations with 3iLaw and the Brighton EDC are by appointment only. Since appointments are limited, if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask you give at least 24 hours' notice so others may have the opportunity to take advantage of this offer.
